Dating Is Cooked Nowadays?

Hey all, I’m not really sure where to vent my problems so I’m just going to type it here.  I’m not sure what’s happened with modern dating nowadays but people just don’t seem to get along like they used to anymore.  Like, I’m no super model by any means but I’m also definitely not ugly either so I’m not entirely sure why it’s so hard to find a good man nowadays.  I’m not blaming it all on just the men as I know some women can be pretty crazy too, but what has happened to society as a whole in these recent times?  Was it always meant to be this way or did we go wrong somewhere?  Will things ever return to normal again or is this what normal really was always meant to be?  I’m just fed up and done with it for now.  I think I’ll just enjoy being single forever with my cats at this point.

Yea, I have to somewhat agree to an extent. I think there are obviously still exceptions out there for everything but in general, it does seem like the times have begun to change a bit and people are prioritizing love less, and are instead prioritizing self interest a lot more.

I think there’s still definitely hope for love out there but I agree that it’s becoming harder and harder to find something genuine nowadays. All you can really do is keep looking and hope that you find the one that you really mesh well with.

I was just starting to give up hope too and then I actually just recently met my boyfriend (on a dating app of all places) which I was not expecting, but it’s been 2 months now and I already love him so much. I wouldn’t give up hope just yet because I honestly truly believe that there’s someone out there for everybody!
